If you decide to book an on-location session, here is what we need.

To set up headshots in your office, we need an introductory visit to your office to scout a space for our mobile studio. A meeting room or large office usually works well.

Access 1hr before the first session time slot will also ensure that we are ready to go without delay.

 FAQ

  • There are NO limits on the number of participants. We have had single sessions as well as multi-day sessions covering 100+ participants.

  • The more time we have ahead of your preferred dates, the better our chances of availability. Once you have an idea of what dates work best for you, please send us an email so we can lock it in.

  • Upon booking we send everyone a headshot tip sheet that contains information on how to prepare, what to wear, and what to expect during thier session.

  • On Location - No! We understand that with large organizations, going through AP to collect a deposit can sometimes be challenging.

    In Studio - The session fee is payable upon booking.

  • Because we block our calendar off for your booking, any cancellations or date changes require a payment of 35% of the session fee.

  • Note

    Upon booking, we will send you and your participants a thorough headshot tip sheet that helps answer questions about what to wear, which colours work best, and what to expect during their session.

    We can help with scheduling your team's session times by allowing them to access an online scheduler to choose the best time for them. We will also send everyone a friendly reminder the night before.

    Make-up and hair artists are available upon request.
